About Us
Freshcoast Wellness Co., LLC was founded by Lacy & Eric Williams and Julie McDonald. Together they bring many years of healthcare experience and specific training for IV vitamin therapy to the community.
Through functional medicine, they have learned when you take care of your body, you take care of your mind, and in turn, you take care of the world around you. However, putting your own wellness first is no small feat. It requires dedication, determination, and drive. And as with any lifelong journey, it’s better with the right partner.
Meet the Team
Lacy Williams, FNP-BC
Lacy has over 16 years of healthcare experience, providing compassionate nursing care in an array of areas. She earned her Bachelor’s in Nursing in 2009 from Northern Michigan University and obtained her Master’s in Nursing as a Family Nurse Practitioner from Purdue University. Lacy is also helping grow and nurture the next generation of nurses as a full-time Instructor at NMU. In her free time, Lacy enjoys reading, traveling, date nights with her husband and spending any time soaking up the sunshine outdoors with her family and golden retriever, Sunny.
OWNER/NURSE PRACTITIONER
Chelsea Ray, MD
MEDICAL DIRECTOR
Dr Chelsea Ray is our medical director. Though she grew up downstate she relocated to the UP over ten years ago following medical residency. She operates her own primary care clinic in Harvey along with various other medical leadership roles. She is always eager to show her passion for medicine and help to improve the lives of her patients. When she isn’t practicing medicine, she enjoys spending time with her four daughters, working out at the YMCA, or mountain biking.
Michelle Andriacchi, FNP-BC
NURSE PRACTITIONER
Michelle is an experienced Family Nurse Practitioner with a passion for providing compassionate, holistic, and comprehensive care. She earned her Doctorate in Nursing Practice from Wayne State University in 2018 and has been a valued faculty member at Northern Michigan University since 2019.
She loves spending time with her husband, Dominic, their daughter, Delilah, and their three dogs- Eliza, Seneca, and Fonzie. In her free time, Michelle also loves reading, playing soccer, and being outdoors.
